How We Work
Working Hours
Typical hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Events don't always keep office hours, so some projects need a little flexibility in your working week - and our TOIL scheme gives that time back. We work hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Office-Led, Hybrid Working
We're a close team and a lot of our best work happens when we're together. Based at our Warrington HQ, you'll combine time in the office with working from home and time on site, depending on clients, projects and the needs of the wider business.
