Staff Conference
A Fun, inclusive event that brought staff together from across the business to communicate, celebrate and enjoy themselves!
End to end project support including early concept development, set design and video production as well as dedicated event management and technical production.
Our design team set to work on the event ident. We settled on a design that communicated the organization’s lighthearted tone of voice while still maintaining a premium, corporate feel. The proposed ident was then dropped into a 3D render of our minimal yet impactful set design.
Our team worked as an extension of the clients’ on the run up to the event and onsite. Along with collating content and schedules, they helped bring some pretty ‘out there’ ideas to life…. Did someone say ‘Live onstage curling?’
Video production always plays a major role at this event, this year was no different. We supported a group of staff in different locations to produce and Direct a handful of Tik Tok style videos which went down a storm when played out to the audience of 300.
The production team ensured the technical delivery was kept to the highest standards utilizing our extensive in house stock of the latest AV equipment and resource management software.
