Overview 

HYROX is a global fitness racing brand that hosts large-scale competitive fitness events across the UK and around the world.

Combining endurance running with functional workout stations in a standardised race format designed to test strength, stamina and overall athletic performance.

The Brief 

Across 2025/2026 HYROX needed a trusted brand partner to deliver consistency, efficiency, quality, and creativity across its growing portfolio of events. 

Our role spans everything from large-format print and event wayfinding to motion graphics and bespoke creative production, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the energy and scale of the HYROX experience. 

Our Solution 

For every HYROX event, we work closely with the venues teams to assess each space and develop the most effective layouts, branding and audience journeys. 

From site visits, delegate flow planning and large-format print production to motion graphics across all venue screens, we manage the entire delivery process, including logistics, installation, derig and health & safety to ensure a seamless event experience from start to finish.
