For two consecutive years the NHBC’s annual Colleague Conference brings colleagues together for a larger, two-day event designed to inspire, inform, and connect. The conference will celebrate NHBC’s culture, strengthen collaboration, and energise colleagues for the year ahead.

The Brief

The NHBC’s annual Colleague Conference adopted a new exciting format, bringing everyone together for a larger event across two days instead of smaller regional meetings. Up to 600 colleagues per day will be able to enjoy an interactive program that will feature business updates, experiential activities, and opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the organisation.

The event focuses on inspiring and motivating colleagues, delivering key updates in an engaging format, and facilitating cross-department networking. Fun and interactive activities, such as networking games and challenges, will enhance the experience, creating memorable moments during registration, breaks, and catering times. These activities bring NHBC’s cultural behaviors to life and celebrate the pride of being part of the NHBC team.

With a focus on connection and collaboration, the conference aims to energise colleagues for the year ahead, reinforce a shared sense of purpose, and celebrate the unique role everyone will play in driving NHBC’s success.
