Overview

The GB Supplier Conference is designed to foster networking and collaboration among the GB team and suppliers. The event will focus on keynotes on political, sustainability, and market trends. Highlights include a supplier-supported lunch, breakout sessions, and a themed Supplier Awards Dinner.

Provision for 20+ food and drink suppliers for a Marketplace Lunch to showcase products to over 500 delegates
Huge 20m x 3m LED screen and stage set, for daytime conference and immersive evening gala dinner performance.
Bespoke app and registration site with on-demand badge printing and hosted check-in service.
Complete turnaround of the venue in 2 hours into a gala dinner and awards ceremony themed on the Lion King with a 3-act West-End performance.
Over 10 seperate breakout with a mix of delivery methods, set design, event technology and business updates.
We provided full 3D pre-visualisation and set design for both the daytime conference and the gala dinner and awards ceremony.

The Brief

To bring suppliers together for business updates and networking opportunities with senior leaders.

The format should include a main conference, exhibition area and breakout sessions on relevant areas of the business.

The evening will be a themed gala dinner with an annual supplier awards followed by an after party.

We provided comprehensive full-service event production from 3D set visuals, bespoke app and registration site development and delegate management.
