Overview

Over the last two years, Best Western Hotels has brought together owners, managers and teams from Best Western, WorldHotels and SureStay properties for a flagship event combining business updates, networking, and brand-focused training. 

Seminars, supplier showcases, and award ceremonies celebrated top performers while equipping attendees with strategies to drive hotel performance. The event strengthened collaboration, elevated standards, and reinforced the BWH Hotel Group’s brand impact.

Highlights

• End-to-end AV and technical production - including pre-visualisation, live production, and technical support for both the daytime conference and evening event.
• Full venue branding and signage - ensuring a cohesive, immersive experience throughout the venue.
• Custom, reusable reboard branding - integrated across registration, wayfinding and bespoke photo opportunities, designed for sustainability and post-event use.
• On-site video production and photography - capturing delegates, speakers, and vox pops, with rapid editing to create a compelling closing highlight for the event.
• Large, interactive exhibition space, featuring festival-style branding, décor, and games, encouraging networking and guest engagement in a memorable, immersive environment.

The Brief

To deliver an integrated conference for over 200 Best Western Hotels delegates, combining business updates, leadership engagement and sponsor networking. They required full AV production, event branding, evening entertainment, video and photography to capture key moments for future marketing.
