Overview

The Showrooms Roadshow brought together retail leaders, vendors, and store teams to showcase kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom products. This three-day event featured expertly crafted display builds, third-party exhibitor management, and structured group rotations. Attendees experienced seamless transitions between showcases, presentations, and breaks, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and engagement.

Highlights

• We also built 6 Display Kitchens, 1 Display Bathroom, 1 Display Bedroom, 1 Door Bar, 4 Small Format Kitchens, and 3 Small Format Bathrooms!
• 12 Breakout groups facilitated by a bespoke structured group rotation and a custom app and live screens ensured a smooth experience for all attendees.
• Full management and support of third party exhibitors and vendors and their products, requirements, set up and logistics.
• Registration of 1200 attendees prior to the event with full delegate management and check-in, with a custom mobile app, check-in app and iPads and live screens to manage the process.
• Our content creation team produced a series of videos before, during and after the event with over 60+ video deliverables throughout the event. Including content to cascade information back to stores and colleagues.
